For all repairs inquiries, please email email@example.com. We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year after date of purchase. To request a repair, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem and we will be in touch to discuss the repair. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and insurance costs to and from the studio in Montreal.
Return & Refund Policy
BANDE DES QUATRES reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. We will not replace if an incorrect size has been ordered.
In order to return your purchase you must contact the studio by email at email@example.com to receive return shipping instructions. The piece MUST be in saleable condition and in its original packaging. The piece must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Once we receive your package, and examine the returned piece, you will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed.
BANDE DES QUATRES does not refund and only issues store credit for future purchases.
We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. To expedite your return and for purposes of security we recommend FedEx or UPS.
BE SURE TO INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL SHIPPING DOCUMENTS FOR EASE OF RETURN.

Insurance is obligatory when purchasing from BANDE DES QUATRES and shipping rates vary according to the weight.

Each piece is custom made in our studio in Montreal. Please allow 3-6 weeks for your order to be shipped. Delivery time could be faster depending on our production volume at the time we receive your order. As soon as your order leaves our studio we will send you an email making you aware that your order is on its way.
